This facility, under the direction of David Spindel, M.S., C.P.F.T., features products and programs that are geared towards assisting the accomplishment of each client's goals. Specifically, nutrition and fitness programs are developed to:
- Reduce Bodyfat
- Gain Quality Weight
- Lose Weight
- Increase Energy, Strength & Stamina
- Improve Athletic Performance
All Essential Fitness Center programs are developed following a fitness assessment designed to ascertain prior fitness condition and history, health considerations, and client goals. Based on this assessment, and a series of measurements including body composition, a structured nutrition program and an exercise prescrition is developed. Fitness center clients will then participate in course of individual training sessions. Following completion of these sessions the client can then elect to participate in a supervised workshop where they will work in a semi-group setting under the guidance of the facility staff.
